Your skills*

• Relevant experience in your field, or the skills to learn quickly.
• Clear and confident communication in English (German can also be required for some positions)
• Ownership: you take responsibility for your work and your results.
• A customer and user focus. You care about creating real value.
• Curiosity and a willingness to try new ideas, even when things do not go as planned.
• A team mindset. You share knowledge and support your colleagues.
